The Alliance is a group of eight founding member organizations who work collectively to advance the protection of Oregon’s ocean and coastal ecosystems. Our geographic scope includes federal and state ocean waters, and coastal habitats such as estuaries and beaches.
Background
The Alliance was formed in 2024 by eight environmental organizations. Although many of our groups have worked together on individual issues, we agreed it was time to form an Alliance to work together in a more coordinated and proactive way to better raise awareness and ultimately move forward important conservation needs in the coastal and marine space.
